The Fishery-Definitely a must for
Fish and Seafood lovers. Perhaps a little more expensive than other local
Restaurants. The Combination appetizer is something different. Includes a
sample of fried alligator. Meat and Chicken dishes on the menu. Recommend
the Shrimp Tacos (appetizer to share), Rum Runners and Margaritas. |

Nicola's-Home made Italian pasta
dishes, pizza and garlic bread. Daily Specials. Good Prices and Good
Food. |

Table-Tiki Bar, music most nights and live group on Saturdays and
Sunday afternoons. Varied menu. Reasonable prices |

Bay-Reservations a must for the ferry boat, weekends are very
busy-Best days Monday to Thursday. Lunch or dinner. (Take the BUG SPRAY
for a boat journey after dark-You are in Florida!!!) Specialty barbecued
ribs Good Cocktails try the Rum Bay Smash. |

Johnny Liverocks-Lovely setting
overlooking Palm Island Marina-Fish and Seafood Specialty Steaks and
Chicken also on the menu. Nice Bar Area.

Grill-Very nice bar overlooking Englewood beach, spectacular sunsets.

Sams-Overlooks lemon bay, a fully licensed bar, fish, chicken and
pasta dishes, burgers and sandwiches. Spectacular sunsets. Good Food
Good location. Watch the dolphins from the deck. |

For the more discerning gourmet, Chantelle's
in Port Charlotte and the Pink Elephant on Boca Grande Island come highly recommended. |

Most Restaurants
offer draft beer by the pitcher and house Californian wine by the
carafe-Definitely the best deal and quite acceptable. We have placed
only a small selection of restaurants it's always a good idea to check
the local press and telephone directory. The information and prices we
