The Rotonda at Englewood is a perfect
circle divided up by its supporting infrastructure in to eight equal
parts. Seven of these segments are given to residential development of
high-class homes, both locally owned and vacation homes. The eighth
segment is a nature reserve. Rotonda is interspersed by lakes canals,
golf courses and green belt areas giving a balance and harmony with
nature.
The Long Marsh Golf Course, one of seven
within a five-mile radius of the Rotonda, is a 7120-yard from the gold
tees, challenge to golfers of all standards. Many of the villas have
views at the rear over the golf course.
Rotonda is a tremendous
vantage point from which several different types of holiday can be
experienced, perhaps a second leg of a two-centre trip or a perfect base
from which to experience of other elements of a holiday in Florida. |
